Graphic Design Policies
These policies apply to all Clients of Traffic of Graffix.
Artwork/Layered Files
Upon completion of each graphic design project, clients will receive the final artwork in high-quality formats, including PDF, JPEG, PNG, and Word Documents (for letterhead designs).
If clients need layered files for any graphic design, they should refer to our Primary Policies regarding layered files.

Abandoned Projects
If I do not receive any communication from you within 30 days, the project will be deemed abandoned. In such a case, you will not be granted any rights to use the presented work unless the project has been fully paid for. Should you attempt to contact me after the 30-day period of abandonment, a start-up fee may be applicable. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED/GIVEN FOR ABANDONED PROJECTS.
