Website Policies

These policies apply to all Website Clients of Traffic of Graffix.


All website plans specify the estimated number of weeks required for clients to receive their initial website draft. The countdown begins once the website consultation is concluded, the client signs the agreement form and makes their deposit of 50%, and all necessary information is provided by the client. Once the client provides comprehensive feedback on their website draft, Traffic of Graffix will present the subsequent draft within 7-10 business days.

Prompt feedback from the client expedites the website completion process. However, any delays in providing website feedback will extend the timeline and postpone the website's finalization.

Website Feedback 

Website feedback operates through rounds of revisions, the number of which is determined by the selected website design plan.

During each round of revision, there is no limit to the number of requests a client can make. However, after the final website draft is presented, any additional requests for website changes will be billed at Traffic of Graffix's hourly rate. If no further changes are needed after the final website draft, the website will be launched within the subsequent three (3) business days.

Website Handover 

Upon website launch and receipt of full payment, the website will be entirely handed over to the client. The client becomes responsible for all aspects concerning their website. For website maintenance and training, clients may request additional services from Traffic of Graffix.

After the handover, Traffic of Graffix shall not be held liable for any damage to or accidental deletion of the website.


Website Maintenance 

Optional Website Maintenance services are offered by Traffic of Graffix once a website has been launched. Various Website Maintenance Plans can be found on our Websites page.

Clients who prefer occasional or as-needed website maintenance can access these services at Traffic of Graffix's hourly rate.

Website Training 

Website Training is provided by Traffic of Graffix for a member of staff or a group via online training sessions.

Online website training sessions are billed at US$50 per hour. An outlined agenda, along with the agreed-upon number of hours, will be presented to the client.


A full refund is possible if work has not commenced on a project after funds have been paid to Traffic of Graffix. Once work has started, funds already paid are non-refundable. In cases where a 100% deposit is made, and a refund is requested before project completion, only 50% of the deposit is refundable. In cases where a 50% deposit is made, and a refund is requested before project completion, the deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining 50% is not required since the project is incomplete. Refunds are deemed non-refundable when the following criteria have been met:

  1. Client signs the agreement form.
  2. Client make payment/deposit which indicates their agreement to our company's terms and policies.

Abandoned Projects

If I do not receive any communication from you within 30 days, the project will be deemed abandoned. Project may be incomplete due to lack of communication, and deposit (s) made are non-refundable regardless. For more info on refunds, please view our refund policy above. Should you attempt to contact me after the 30-day period of abandonment, a start-up fee may be applicable.

Traffic of Graffix's policies and procedures may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice to you.
